Fundación Manos Juntas

Sarah Tran, DO was inspired by the struggles of the underserved, the necessity of compassion, and the value of service to others while volunteering at Manos Juntas. She quickly developed a passion for charitable work in the medical field, and this resolve stuck with her throughout school. Graduating magna cum laude with a BS in Microbiology and minors in Medical Humanities and Spanish from OU, Sarah also went on to attend medical school - graduating with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from OSU. She is currently a Resident Physician specializing in Psychiatry at OU School of Community Medicine.

Sarah hopes to eventually work with geriatric patient populations and return home in OKC to serve the underserved of her community that have given her so much.
